シュワブ会長のインタヴューを日本で屈指の女流ジャーナリスト国谷裕子＜くにやひろこ＞さんが行っている。
その内容は、現状を打開する手段として　
１、行き過ぎた金融の過当競争を規制し、緩やかな競争に移行するため必要なルールや制度と道徳を作る。
２、国境を超えたネットワーク作りを広げ、結び付ける。―長期的、包括的展望を持ってー
３、企業の新しい役割＜グローバル、コーポレート、シチズンシップー企業が自身が関わる、全ての人達より以上の、広い多くの人達との関わりを配慮した経済活動の思想ー＞への進出で世界のボトム＜底辺＞アップを図り多くの人々を参画させる。
以上が、その主旨であるが、国谷キャスターも途中疑問の質問を投げかけたように、これで、これからの世界が、全世界の人々の生活が良くなり、改善され、世界平和に向かって行くのだろうか？　国谷さんが指摘の通り「政治」は避けられていて解決になるのだろうか？　尤も、この会は、最初から政治と直接対決する方法は避けた方法を選んでいるので長く続いているのだが。会長自ら述べているように時間は限られているーいろいろな多くの問題が解決の見通しが付いていない現状を考えると,議論半ばであり、解決は程遠く思える。「政治」を避け、地道な努力を続ければ、自然に政治は説得されて行く、と言う狙いがあるように見えるけれども、歴史の教訓から見て、又、あまりに違う世界の現実から見てその実現は、空想に近いように思える。
